Guarantors
All students will require a guarantor, who must be in full-time employment or able to provide proof of adequate income. Annual income should be equal to, or in excess of, three times the annual rent of the property you are applying for.
The guarantor must also be a resident in England or Wales. If you have any queries as to whether a guarantor would qualify, please ask them to contact the team at Linley and Simpson for a friendly chat. All information discussed will remain confidential.
A copy of the tenancy agreement will be sent to both the tenant and guarantor for signature once the application has been agreed in principle. This is subject to references, credit check and contract.
