A creative, hands-on funded Skills Bootcamp designed to introduce you to the fast-growing world of digital content creation.

The Creative Content Design Bootcamp is your pathway into the world of digital design and multimedia production. Across eight in-depth modules, you’ll develop practical skills in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing and AI-assisted creativity, while learning how to plan and manage creative projects from concept to delivery. Each module blends step-by-step instruction with hands-on exercises, ensuring you not only understand the tools and techniques but can apply them in real-world scenarios. By the end of the course, you’ll have completed a final client-style project, built a professional portfolio and gained the confidence to support creative teams or produce content for a wide range of platforms and audiences.

You’ll walk away with a polished portfolio showcasing your skills across design, video and animation. You'll also gain the skills and confidence to apply for entry-level roles or integrate new skills into your existing profession, as well as a certificate and a LinkedIn digital badge.

Course Dates & Locations

Our Skills Bootcamp courses are delivered in multiple regions and start dates, so that you can find the best time to enrol on the course. This course is 2 weeks long and requires attendance 5 days each week, Monday to Friday.

Funding Eligibility

Please note that the following minimum eligibility criteria must be met in order to receive funding for this course:

  • 19 years of age and over 
  • Be based in either the Hertfordshire or West Yorkshire regions 
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK

Meet your tutor

Deryck is an Entertainment Technology & Production Instructor at the Academy of Live Technology. With 25 years of experience in the creative industry, he has specialised in delivering innovative communication solutions across both digital and traditional media. 

Holding a BA Hons in Fine Art and an MSc in Virtual Production, he combines artistic vision with technical expertise, bridging creativity and cutting-edge technology to craft impactful narratives.
