We have an exciting opportunity for a Campus Operations Support Supervisor to join our Facilities team at Production Park.

This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for leading our Cleaning and Campus Operations Support teams while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our unique campus. You'll play a key role in ensuring our facilities are safe, welcoming and operationally efficient for staff, students, clients and visitors.

Working closely with the Facilities & Estates Manager, you'll supervise staff, manage rotas, coordinate daily operational activities and support the delivery of high standards across our campus.


Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and support the Cleaning and Campus Operations Support teams.

· Plan and manage staff rotas, holidays and absence cover.

· Monitor performance, attendance and service standards.

· Conduct one-to-one meetings, coaching and staff development.

· Coordinate day-to-day campus operations, including room set-ups, cleaning standards and operational support.

· Act as the first point of contact for operational issues during your shift.

· Support Health & Safety compliance and safe working practices.

· Work collaboratively with Facilities, Studios, Academic, Events and Technical teams.

· Support external events, visitors and campus operations during busy periods.

· Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.


About You

We're looking for someone who:

· Has previous experience supervising or leading operational, facilities, cleaning or support teams.

· Is confident managing rotas and coordinating workloads.

· Has excellent organisational and communication skills.

· Can motivate and develop others through coaching and support.

· Is proactive, adaptable and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

· Has a strong focus on customer service, safety and operational excellence.

· Is willing to work a flexible shift pattern, including evenings and weekends when required.

What We Offer

· Salary of £30,000 – £32,000

· 25 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays (including 3 days during the Christmas shutdown)
