Emma Cook

Emma brings nearly a decade of experience across the creative arts and education sectors, specialising in student satisfaction & engagement, marketing & communication and organisational development & growth. With a background in creative direction and a First-Class BA (Hons) in Fashion Concepts & Communication from Leeds Arts University, she leads on the full student lifecycle at ALT. Emma’s role includes leading recruitment & marketing for ALT, building strategic industry partnerships, student support services, and driving inclusive programming that enhances the student experience. Her expertise spans community development, safeguarding & student voice, ensuring students are supported both personally and professionally. Previously, Emma held leadership roles at Leeds Arts University where she focused on student services and creative marketing. Emma oversees Group Marketing for Production Park and is passionate about creating innovative, connected environments where students and industry thrive together.
